A native to the Chicago area, Billy moved from Southern California in 2019 to join Kolter Homes as their Palm Beach County Vice President. He founded two real estate development companies: The Roslin Group, which focused on designing and building mixed-use communities in the Midwest; and Wyndham Development Group, which built residential properties in Chicago’s northwest suburbs.

Throughout his life, Mickey's most successful career endeavors have been profoundly influenced by his most enduring personal relationships. Those bonds have led him along a winding and often adventurous path of triumphs and challenges. While he will tell you his successes have buoyed his confidence he would also tell you that, just as importantly, his shortfalls have tempered his determination.‍

With a natural knack for understanding people, Felicita possesses the rare ability to recognize potential in individuals who may not fit traditional molds. She seeks out those who possess a spark of creativity, a hunger for exploration, and a passion for pushing boundaries.
